Provide attentive and hospitable service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Work sincerely and effectively with the rest of the restaurant's employees in order to create a successful whole-house team.                                                    

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •   Full knowledge of menu/bar/wine.
  •   Eceptional customer service.
  •   The ability to suggestively sell and advise guest on cooking methods, ingredients, and menu options.
  •   Communicate with guest to ensure satifaction and resolve complaints.
  •   Provide guest with nightly features and upcoming promotions.
  •   Collect payment from the guests.
  •   Enforce rules and regulations in regaurd toalcohol consumption/purchse.


  •   Be able to communicate respectfully and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  •   Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
  •   Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
  •   Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
  •   Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
  •   Be able to occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
